The Executive Board is a micro-council
consisting of representatives of the ministries and national
institutions which work in the fields of education, culture, science and
communication. Its members should be of leading ranks in such
institutions. This Executive Board controls the work and performance of
PNCECS Secretariat General Studies, discusses and follows up the
Palestinian projects submitted to the Arab, Islamic and international
organizations, and it follows up the implementation of the general
Assembly's recommendations.
